Common questions

The puzzle doesn't appear while the AI is answering

Check that Loadmate is switched on (toolbar icon → switch at the top) and that the site is ticked under Sites. Puzzles only appear if the answer takes longer than the time set under "Show after AI has been thinking for". If you just installed or updated Loadmate, reload the chat tab once.

The puzzle doesn't close when the answer is ready

Look at "When the answer is ready" in the settings — if it's set to "Keep the puzzle open", the puzzle stays until you close it. Otherwise, please email us which AI site you were on.

Can I play without waiting for an AI?

Yes — click the Loadmate icon in your toolbar and choose "Play a puzzle now". It works on any website.

How do I keep my progress on another computer?

Open the toolbar icon → "View progress" → "Sign in with Google". Everything you've played as a guest is kept.

How do I delete my data?

Toolbar icon → "Your data & privacy" → "Delete my data & account". This permanently removes everything. See the Privacy Policy for details.
